VILLA POLICIES
- USD $80 discount on nightly rates for three-bedroom rentals
- USD $225 cleaning fee per stay
- Rates are based on two persons per guest suite and are subject to change
- Maximum occupancy is 8 – exceptions must be approved by owner
- USD $500 refundable damage/smoking deposit is required
- Rentals greater than seven nights include a mid-stay cleaning
- Additional cleaning services can be arranged for selected days – fee of USD $100 per day
- Rentals of seven nights are preferred; less than seven night stays may incur additional cleaning fees
- Children are welcomed
- Smoking is limited to select outdoor areas only
- No pets
